Our Process
What to expect from the first phone call and after.
01
Getting to know you
The first thing we need to do is get to know a little bit about each other. In order to get an accurate idea of your needs we need to find out some information about you and your family. We will ask you questions about who your doctors are, if you take any medications, questions about your income for Marketplace eligibility. We want to make sure that we get you into the most beneficial and affordable plan for your needs
03
A Meeting
Our company prefers a face to face meeting with all of our clients but we understand that sometimes busy schedules do not always allow for that. We also offer video or phone appointments to confirm your options or complete the paperwork for your new benefits. This part of the process could require your participation. If you are looking at Marketplace insurance options, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid requires your consent as a client wanting to complete a premium tax credit application for cost savings and to gain Marketplace insurance coverage.

02
Options
Once we get to know you and your needs, we will prepare a quote specifically for you including plans that have your doctors in network and cover the medications you take. Options are important, so we will make sure to offer a few options so we can decide together if a lower premium or deductible make sense for you and your family.
04
Extraordinary Service
Once you are enrolled into your plan, we will take care of any questions or concerns you may have during the life of the policy. You will call us if you have any concerns with your billing, or claims that you don't understand, or you need to know if a benefit is covered. You will not have to call an 800 number alone, not knowing what to ask.
