Our Process

What to expect from our first phone call and beyond

01

Getting to know you

The first thing we need to do is get to know a little bit about each other. In order to get an accurate idea of your needs we need to find out some information about you and your family. We will ask you questions about who your doctors are, if you take any medications, questions about your current health insurance and what you like or dislike about the coverage. We want to make sure that we get you into the most beneficial  plan for your needs.

03

A Meeting

During our meeting we will present you a proposal with personalized options that best fit your needs based on your doctors, medications, and any additional specialized requests from you. Our proposals will include plans that your doctors accept and an estimated cost analysis of your current medications. We are here you help you make a very educated decision about your Medicare coverages, so we encourage you to look over the proposal and ask any questions that you may have.

02

Your Consent

During our first conversation we will ask you if you are comfortable setting up a time to meet with us. At this point it is requirement of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid that we have you sign a form giving us permission to show you plans that you may be interested in. Once we receive that form we are allowed to meet with you after 48 hours to present those plans to you. Although this process can be inconvenient, it is for your protection as a consumer.

04

Applying for coverage

Our team will help you with the process of applying of coverage. We want you to be confident that you not only made the best decision about your plan but also that the coverage will be available when you need it. The application can be completed at our first meeting or if you need time to think your decision over, we can schedule an additional appointment with you. We never want anyone to feel pressured into a decision.

Extraordinary Service

Once you are enrolled into your plan, we will take care of any questions or concerns you may have during the life of the policy. You will call us if you have any concerns with your billing, or claims that you don't understand, or you need to know if a benefit is covered. You will not have to call an 800 number alone, not knowing what to ask.

Additionally, we will review your plan with you every year to make sure you are in the best plan for your current needs and complete a plan comparison to make sure your current plan is still competitive.

05

Are you turning 65? Or getting ready to retire?

Turning 65 and retirement are confusing times when it comes to health insurance. Our team wants to make sure you are prepared with the knowledge you will need to make an educated decision when the time comes to transition to a Medicare plan. With that in mind, we offer many options to help you stay ahead of those big decisions and get knowledgeable about the Medicare transition.
